We are looking for a dynamic and driven Gym Sales & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-performance role that requires an experienced individual with a strong background in gym membership sales, personal training consultations, and hands-on fitness operations. You’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, handling large-scale sales targets, and executing daily operations with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales & Personal Training Consultations:
- Drive gym membership sales by actively engaging with potential clients and closing deals.
- Conduct fitness consultations and match clients with personal trainers, ensuring successful conversion of leads into personal training clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, with a strong focus on personal training package sales.
- Build relationships with prospects and current members to ensure ongoing retention and growth.

Daily Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring everything is running smoothly, including facility cleanliness, maintenance, and overall member satisfaction.
- Coordinate and execute gym events to attract new members and create community engagement.
- Contact and establish partnerships with local businesses to expand our reach and bring in new clients.
- Regularly communicate with corporate leadership, providing updates on sales and operational performance.

Customer Service & Member Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all gym members, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor while interacting with members to ensure a positive gym experience.
- Proactively engage with current members to encourage renewals and upgrade memberships.

Marketing & Local Outreach:
- Lead marketing initiatives, including local outreach to businesses, event planning, and hands-on engagement with community members.
- Use creative strategies to drive gym membership growth and generate buzz around new promotions or services.

Accountability & Professionalism:
- Adhere to company policies, including punctuality, dress code, and work ethic. Consistent attendance and professionalism are non-negotiable.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and appearance to represent the brand and set a strong example for gym members.
- Accept feedback constructively and continuously improve performance based on results and team input.
Qualifications:
- Experience in gym sales or fitness-related sales roles is required (no exceptions).
- Proven track record of closing large sales, especially in memberships and personal training packages.
- Fitness background is essential – must be physically fit and able to demonstrate the importance of health and wellness.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
- Ability to handle criticism and use it as a tool for growth.
- High level of accountability and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle events, marketing, sales, and day-to-day operations simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and punctuality are critical.
