Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun, upbeat, family-friendly atmosphere where every day is different. Important :
A good candidate will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, genuinely care about helping others and will be coachable themselves. If you are uncomfortable doing sales or calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club, this is not the position or industry for you.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Membership Sales —
We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all. Remember, you are hired to inspire.
Community Involvement —
We love being a part of the local community—even if it means working on a Saturday. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business. We actively participate in local community-sponsored events.
Excellent Facilities —
We strive to maintain a clean and immaculate club at all times. As a core team member, you will help with general upkeep and cleanliness of the club and equipment.
Member Experience —
The most important aspect of all! Does your club rock? Do your members love you? Do they like the environment you create inside the club? Are they inspired to share their experience with friends, family, and coworkers? We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each member's and guest's experience exceptional! Do you have this effect on people?
ours & Work Schedule :
In addition to the required hours listed below, participation in at least one weekly team workout is required. While this is a requirement, it is also a free perk that counts as paid time on the job! Various team workout times are available throughout the week to help accommodate your schedule. Hours are subject to change based on staffing needs, season, and scheduled events. Must be available to work the following schedule : Monday - Thursday : 3 : 30 PM - 7 PM Every Other Saturday : 9 AM - 1 PM Additional availability to occasionally work during the following additional times if needed to help cover a coworker is preferred : Monday - Thursday between 9 AM and 4 : 00 PM Fridays between 9 AM - 5 PM
