Core Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Manage your club's operations with a focus on member satisfaction and real results. Our top locations run a referral-based business. That means the service is so good that our customers tell their friends to join.
Member Acquisition: Attract new members through direct customer outreach and sales. Your primary role is to drive new business. That means working the phones and getting new customers through the door. Our customer acquisition system works, and we’ll teach you the play if you are willing to learn.
Continued Education: Running a facility is no small task. Our top performers ask questions and are hungry to learn. There’s always an opportunity to improve and we’ll always be searching for it.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall health and well-being of our members. You will use your expertise in fitness, nutrition, and wellness to provide guidance, support, and education that empowers our members to lead healthier lifestyles.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
Experience in service or product sales.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
CPR/AED certification is required but can be obtained after starting the position.
A certified personal trainer (CPT) credential from a recognized certification program (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA) is preferred but not required.
A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
