- Conducting tours and welcoming customers
- Engaging in community events and activities
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Managing membership and training sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing duties
- Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing training sales
- Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
- Delivering personalized one-on-one and group training sessions
- Fostering a welcoming community atmosphere
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe training environment
- Conducting fitness assessments and body composition scans
- Staying connected with members and clients through regular communication
- Managing billing and administrative tasks
- Motivating clients and holding them accountable for reaching their fitness goals
- Engaging in community events and activities
- Offering online coaching and providing exercise modifications for various fitness levels
- Proven experience in the fitness industry as well as customer service, sales, and personal or group training
- Certification from recognized organizations such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or ISSA (current certification required)
- Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Desire to grow within our company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor

- Self-motivated and proactive
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply
- Competitive pay: $16/hour (Assistant Manager)
- Session pay when conducting personal trainng sessions/group training
- 401k with employer contributions
- Part-time hours 24 /week (with the ability to become full-time if a certified fitness trainer)
- Must have weekend and weekday availability
- Additional hours based on need/availability
