We seek a driven fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This part-time position requires weekend availability (and weekdays if available / when needed). A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, community events, sales, and / or work experience in the health & fitness industry. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Member Experience Associate is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include :
- Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
- Conducting tours and welcoming customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Managing membership and training sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing duties
- Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring / motivating others
- Welcoming and assisting new and existing members with inquiries, tours, and membership sign-ups.
- Actively participating in local community events
