THE ROLE: DRIVE, LEAD, ACHIEVE
We’re seeking an innovative Director of Sales to drive the strategic growth of our brand across Connecticut. This high-impact role combines strategic vision with tactical execution to achieve revenue growth, enhance client experiences, and build high-performing teams. Collaborating closely with Area Sales Leaders and Studio Managers, you’ll play a pivotal role in increasing revenue, growing community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class assisted stretching experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead sales operations across multiple StretchLab locations, driving growth and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Partner with Marketing to create and execute innovative campaigns to attract and retain clients.

  • Develop and coach Area Directors, Studio Managers, and Flexologists to achieve performance goals.

  • Continuously evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and implementing improvement strategies.

  • Ensure each studio delivers an exceptional client experience, maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs to build team capacity.

  • Leverage client feedback tools to make data-driven decisions that improve operations and client satisfaction.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Oversee financial performance to maximize profitability while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Proven experience (8 years) in the wellness, fitness, or retail industries, with a strong background in driving revenue and creating standout client experiences.

  • Exceptional leadership abilities, focusing on developing, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams.

  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and craft strategies for revenue growth.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Passion for health and wellness, with a client-centric approach to operations.
