Job Overview
Anytime Fitness is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Personal Trainers to join our dynamic team in our Plymouth MA location. This is a part time position, 12-20 hours per week. Shifts include either early - mid morning or late afternoon - evening. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering personalized fitness plans for clients, providing expert guidance on exercise techniques and nutrition, and helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness and have a strong background in personal training, anatomy, and physiology.

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fitness programs for clients, taking into account their specific goals, needs, limitations and fitness levels.
- Conduct one-on-one and group fitness sessions, providing expert guidance on exercise techniques and body mechanics.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology, applying this knowledge to create effective workout plans.
- Utilize program design skills to create engaging and challenging workout routines that promote client motivation and progress.
- Provide sports coaching and physical education to clients, helping them to improve their overall fitness and performance.
- Foster a supportive and motivating environment for clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their fitness journey.
- Meet with clients to discuss their progress, set new goals, and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed.
- Generate revenue by upselling fitness programs and services, such as nutrition counseling, one on one and small group training.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional care and attention.
Qualifications
- A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field OR Certification as a Personal Trainer through a reputable organization, such as the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or International Sports Science Association (ISSA).
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, including the principles of body mechanics and exercise technique.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients of all fitness levels.
- A strong passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing, with the ability to promote fitness programs and services to potential clients.
