Role: Club Sales Manager:
As the Club Sales Manager, you are the lifeblood of our facility, the bridge linking new and existing members, the catalyst driving us forward to 'Make Healthy Happen.' Your knack for forging relationships, your prowess in community engagement, and your personal joy in achieving goals whilst helping others do the same are crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster new membership through personalized sales
- Oversee club membership base, including operational and back-end reporting, along with managing member needs
- Drive results by managing and motivating the team, and fostering a vibrant club culture
- Augment club growth through successful campaign activity implementation
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and team management experience within the service sector
- Track record of successful service selling
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside a stellar customer service approach
- High School or equivalent (Required)
- Work Location: In person
