THE ROLE : DRIVE, LEAD, ACHIEVE
We’re seeking an innovative Director of Sales to drive the strategic growth of our brand across Connecticut. This high-impact role combines strategic vision with tactical execution to achieve revenue growth, enhance client experiences, and build high-performing teams. Collaborating closely with Area Sales Leaders and Studio Managers, you’ll play a pivotal role in increasing revenue, growing community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class assisted stretching experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead sales operations across multiple StretchLab locations, driving growth and exceeding revenue targets.
- Partner with Marketing to create and execute innovative campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- Develop and coach Area Directors, Studio Managers, and Flexologists to achieve performance goals.
- Continuously evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and implementing improvement strategies.
- Ensure each studio delivers an exceptional client experience, maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
- Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs to build team capacity.
- Leverage client feedback tools to make data-driven decisions that improve operations and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Oversee financial performance to maximize profitability while maintaining operational excellence.
