## Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the fitness center, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement fitness programs to meet the needs of members
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns prompt.
- Utilize retail math principles to optimize sales of fitness products
- Maintain stock levels of fitness equipment and supplies
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed within the facility
## Requirements
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire members
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with members and staff
- Multilingual is a plus
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling member inquiries and concerns
