- Manage inventory control, ensuring that all fitness equipment is maintained, safe, and available for use.
- Oversee shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Negotiate pricing for services and products offered at the facility to enhance profitability.
- Assist in selling memberships and fitness packages, utilizing effective sales techniques to meet targets.
