We are expanding our Anytime Fitness clubs in Westchester County and seeking exceptional Gym Managers and Personal Trainers/Coaches to join our team. Part-time or full-time opportunities are available for the right individual, with potential for additional commissions.
Job Requirements
- 1 years of experience in managing fitness centers, with a local residence within a 30-minute radius.
- Possession of a reliable car for training at various locations in Westchester County.
While personal training certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, a strong work ethic and ability to provide excellent customer service are essential. You must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as we operate a 24/7 facility.
Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including handling prospective members, member needs, and security.
- Maintain facilities with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills.
- Manage emails and daily marketing communications.
- Sell memberships and personal training services.
- Perform clerical office work, such as CRM database management, filing, and payment tracking.
- Develop a positive and friendly attitude towards members and colleagues.
