Job Summary:
As a Membership and Training Ambassador at Anytime Fitness, you will be responsible for leading a team of fitness coaches to ensure a high level of customer service, member retention, and revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including sales, marketing, scheduling, and facility management. As a key member of the management team, you will also collaborate with the executive team to implement business strategies and meet performance goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary up to 60,000 per year. This is based on sales performance with no limits! You will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on team performance. You will also receive a free gym membership with employment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of fitness coaches and personal trainers to ensure a positive and professional member experience
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve membership goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to support retention efforts
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a clean and safe environment for members
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with the franchise owner to implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive new business
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track success and identify areas for improvement
- Handle member concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve the member experience
Requirements:
