Gym Staffed Hours are:
Monday 10am-7pm
Tues-Thursday 9am-6pm
Friday 9am-3pm
Saturday 9am-1pm
(Shared schedule with Part Time staff)
Club Staff are often the first point of contact for potential members. It's important to find someone who is aligned with your club's core values and embodies a great representation of the Anytime Fitness vision. A club manager should be a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.
Roles
Experience in the fitness industry is not mandatory for a club manager or staff, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are vital to this role. This person should demonstrate characteristics of a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness. The nature of the job requires a high-energy self-starter. We want our club managers & staff to be open to others and interested in making genuine connections with colleagues, members, and guests. This person has a valuable opportunity in molding the culture of your club by being a great motivator.
Suggested Requirements
A good candidate enjoys working in a health club environment, has a friendly and outgoing personality, and genuinely cares about helping others. This person must be 18 years of age and should be comfortable with working a flexible schedule that may include weekends.
Responsibilities
- General Office Duties; answering phones, greeting members, signing new members up, and ANYTHING ELSE the Managers weren't able to get to.
- Day-to-day operations – depending on a club's staffing structure, club managers may need to take on some club operations tasks (running reports, cleaning, etc.) either daily, or as the needs present themselves.
- CLEANING & MORE CLEANING! EVERY DAY!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
