Job Summary:
As a Personal Trainer/ Fitness Coach at Anytime Fitness Ramsey, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals. You will work on a part-time basis and will have the opportunity to earn both a base pay and earn commission based on the number of clients you train and sales of training services. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $16 to $28. You will be paid biweekly and will have the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, as well as small group sessions.
- Create personalized workout plans based on clients' goals, fitness level, and any health conditions.
- Provide nutrition guidance and support to clients.
- Demonstrate exercises and proper form, while ensuring clients' safety.
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Keep track of clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
- Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
- Utilize our gym software to schedule sessions and manage client profiles.
- Must hold a current certification in personal training (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
- CPR and AED certification.
- Previous experience in personal training or group fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic nutrition and ability to provide guidance to clients.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
