Office Sales Staff : Wednesday, Friday and Sundays

Job Responsibilities:
- Curating membership tours and enrollments
- Answering and responding to phone and email inquiries
- Handling membership freezes and cancellations
- Maintaining a clean gym environment for all members
- Being a positive club ambassador for members and the community
- Planning special member and community events
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience desired; experience in a health club setting a plus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional, customer service oriented and energetic
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Google Suite, Customer Management System, and Zoom experience a plus
