We’re excited to be hiring for a leadership role at our Anytime Fitness Key West location! The Spanish-Speaking Gym Membership Manager is a key position with a pathway to Club Director and other advancement opportunities based on performance.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Spanish-Speaking Gym Membership Manager, you will:
- Drive Membership Sales – Conduct facility tours, sign up new members, and help them start their fitness journey
- Lead and Develop a Team – Motivate and coach staff, ensuring top-tier customer service and sales performance
- Manage Member Accounts – Handle payments, freezes, cancellations, and customer inquiries
- Create an Inclusive Gym Environment – Assist and engage with our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking communities
- Ensure Club Growth & Success – Strategically grow the business, meet financial targets, and maintain high member satisfaction
- Maintain Gym Operations – Oversee organization, cleanliness, and daily functionality of the facility
- Engage in Professional Development – Continuously improve your leadership, sales, and fitness industry knowledge.
To be successful this individual must have:
- Fluency in Spanish & English (Required)

Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturday (1x/month): 3.5 hours
