We are seeking a top-producing Comfort Advisor to grow the residential sales for both plumbing and HVAC. A great candidate will handle service generated leads and marketed sales leads in the Metro Atlanta area. The primary responsibilities for this role will be managing company generated sales leads for both existing and prospecting customers, as well as closing new clients.

Compensation : 100% commission with no limits or caps; great income potential with the ability to sell both HVAC & plumbing replacements together
Sales Plan :
- Paid training
- Percentage based commissions for sales (9, 10 & 11% commission depending on the tier of the equipment)
- 9% commission on all plumbing sales
- Quarterly sales plan bonuses
- Year-end sales plan bonuses
- Annual stretch goal bonuses
- Commissions paid WEEKLY for the previous week’s installations
- Manufacture salesman spiffs
- Utilities salesman spiffs
