Job Overview :
We are seeking an Internal HVAC Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with technicians in the field to gather the information necessary to quote repairs, replacements, and maintenance agreements for our property managers and commercial accounts.
Here's what we offer :
100% Remote position (work from home)
Salaried position with quarterly bonus
15-$25 Commission for each maintenance agreement sold
50-$100 weekly bonus for selling 5-10 maintenance agreements weekly
5,000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment
Christmas Bonus plan (1% of gross income)
401k & Roth 401k retirement plans with a 4% company match after 1 year & fully vested
Paid holidays
ADP direct deposit (paid every Friday)
Paid vacation

What we are looking for-
Strong customer service, communication, sales ability, and organization
Basic parts and equipment knowledge for repair quotes
Basic installation knowledge for residential & commercial equipment replacement quotes
Must be proficient on computers, email, software, etc.
Service Titan experience a plus
Atlanta area candidates strongly preferred
