Job Overview
Oversees the operations of a storage facility, including ensuring units are clean, security systems are working, and interacting with customers, preparing lease documents, and maintaining tenant files.
Employee will also be responsible for collecting funds, resolving customer issues, and maintaining the facility's physical condition.
Duties
- Renting storage units
-Renting U-Haul trucks
-Maintain tenant files
-Collect payments
-Answer phone calls
-Cleaning office space, trucks and storage units
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
-Must be comfortable relocating large moving trucks around the property
-Basic computer knowledge
-Physically able to raise storage roll-up doors/ open and close shipping containers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
