Our team is expanding rapidly to accelerate development and meet growing customer demands.We are seeking a skilled Deployment Engineer to join our team and assist in the deployment of our advanced robotic systems at customer sites. As a Deployment Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation, configuration, and integration of our robots into diverse environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to deliver seamless deployment solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities : Travel to customer locations to install and setup robotic systems according to project timelines and specifications.Conduct on-site assessments to identify any potential obstacles or challenges and develop effective deployment strategies.Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any deployment-related issues promptly.Document deployment processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Communicate regularly with customers to provide training, address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our products and services.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Ability to travel for 75% or more of time is required.Experience in troubleshooting mechatronics systems and familiarity with robotic hardware / software interfaces is a plus.Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits & PerksCompetitive compensation & stockComprehensive health insuranceFlexible PTORegular off-site events401K
