Communications Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to develop and implement effective communication strategies for Cartus.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executives to develop key messages and content for various channels.
Develop and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
Write, edit, and distribute company-wide communications.
Ensure consistent messaging across Cartus and liaise with the parent company.
Plan and execute internal events to boost employee engagement.
Provide communication coaching to executives and management.
Explore innovative communication platforms.
Build an external media strategy around key events and thought leadership.
Manage crisis communications to protect Cartus’ reputation.
Measure and report communications ROI.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in communications or public relations.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with internal communications best practices.
Ability to manage a diverse workload independently and as part of a team.
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and leadership.
