ServiceNow Principal Technical Architect - US Based Remote

As a ServiceNow Principal Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for Anywhere Real Estate. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping large-scale enterprise applications using best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and other architects to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, your expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro, IRM Std, SAM Pro, ITBM, and ITOM will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.The exciting things you will do : Solution Design : o Architect and develop technical roadmaps to foster growth and innovation in line with strategic business objectives. This includes your 8-10 years expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro, IRM Std, SAM Pro, ITBM, Employee Experience Center, Now Mobile, App Engine Studio, ITOM, and LLMs within ServiceNow.o Lead and engage in critical engineering processes, including solution design and code reviews, to ensure excellence in technical delivery.Technical Leadership : o Knowledge of ServiceNow code standards, and sustainability practiceso Help direct and oversee the development engineering functions within the team, providing a clear technical vision and guidance.o Contribute code as an active member of the team and establish oneself as the authoritative expert for the entire code lifecycle.o Proactively anticipate technical and data issues, ensuring technical debt is managed and reduced effectively.

• Requirements Gathering : o Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and convert requirements into well-defined technical specifications and actionable designs.Implementation : o Assume diverse roles ranging from prototyping and technical support during proposal stages to overseeing full-scale implementation projects.o Drive rapid value creation by identifying the most efficient paths for iterative delivery and continuous improvement opportunities.o Monitor and optimize development efficiency, operational effectiveness, code quality, and overall value delivery, making strategic adjustments, as necessary.o Collaborates on the design and implementation of a platform operating model that improves the likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption.Governance : o Engage in governance activities to enforce best practices and standards across development processes.o Leads technical governance processes and participates in the ServiceNow Steering Committee.Team Management : o Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.o Communicate essential information to facilitate effective planning and execution of development engineering tasks in agile sprints.o Help oversee the training and development of engineers, coordinating with immediate manager to align efforts.o Implement strategies to ensure knowledge retention within the team through comprehensive documentation, commentary, and equitable work distribution.
• Collaboration : o Ensure cohesive alignment with enterprise-wide architecture, agile methodologies, security protocols, product development, legal / compliance considerations, engineering quality assurance, and other relevant groups.o Promote a culture of transparency and collaboration, facilitating cross-functional knowledge sharing and problem-solving.

• Certification : ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is preferred.
• Experience : 8-10 years Industry experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect with a Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization options.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in end-to-end software development life cycle and successful delivery of technical solutions.
