About the Role
As a Director, Corporate Finance, you will effectively grow the Corporate Finance America business through origination, execution and distribution of a multiproduct offering, focusing on Project Finance, Structured Export Finance and Structured Asset Finance. This person will work as part of and alongside the other Corporate Finance teams globally to ensure a seamless delivery of Corporate Finance products to our Institutional customers.

What will your day look like?
Establishing an internal and external network to drive the origination and distribution of the various Corporate Finance products.
Working alongside Relationship Managers to proactively identify opportunities, as well as marketing lending structures to new and existing customers.
Coordination and execution of deal opportunities, inclusive of preparing credit memorandums and oversight of the approval process.
Developing a deep understanding of US loan market through engagement with external stakeholders and be able to apply that knowledge to the origination of new transactions.
Preparation of pitching materials, term sheets and offering documents to clients.
Through proactive origination and business development activities, contribution towards the achievement of Corporate Finance America’s financial targets.
Attending clients and investor meetings to develop new and manage existing customer relationships.
Oversight of the team’s transaction pipeline and active portfolio management.
Contribution to the development of an inclusive, engaged and diverse global Corporate Finance team.

Proven experience with credit structuring, lending products and portfolio management.
Understanding and experience across various products within Corporate Finance, inclusive of the credit process, policies and procedures.
Effective collaboration, influencing and relationship management capabilities, supported by strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Sharp attention to detail and capable of driving outcomes for the customer, the team and the bank.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and be flexible in meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
Strong financial modelling, credit writing and documentation negotiation capabilities.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is USD 252,000 – 282,000 annually.
This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role. The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge.
