Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects
- Reinforce classroom instruction and help students master learning objectives
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to align support strategies
- Track student progress and communicate updates to relevant school personnel
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and respectful learning environment
- Adapt tutoring techniques to meet diverse learning styles and needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience working with children or in school settings is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to student success
- Must pass a background check and meet district compliance requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.56 - $26.71 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
