Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor directs the maintenance operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company, They optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees.

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• Must have extensive maintenance experience; 2-3 years highly preferable (HVAC licensed plus $)
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals through effective maintenance efforts that promote a quality living experience for residents.
• Ensure that staff members develop and maintain a high level of skill in all phases of general maintenance.
• Train staff members in new techniques, methods, equipment, etc.
• Ensure that all specific carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance repair, and other repairs are completed in accordance with company standards.
• Assign work to ensure that turnover renovations, maintenance service requests, common area maintenance, and special projects are completed in a quality and timely manner.
• Ensure that all staff members are aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Ensure that all staff members wear appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary for each task including protective ventilation equipment.
• Ensure that all staff members identify and repair safety hazards at their level of authority.
• Drive to different locations

Compensation range:$19.00-$22.00 per hour
