Thank You for your interest in Anza Management; we are looking for a full-time floater Maintenance Technician.
Job Summary :
The Maintenance Technician performs a wide variety of Maintenance duties. This position is expected to perform basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value in the apartment property.
Maintenance Tech R equirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Will be subject to a Background / Physical / Drug screen
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- This is a Floater position, which will require you to cover different properties within the same mile radius. Depending on where you are needed.
- Days / Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
