Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant.
Job Summary :
The Leasing Consultant, as the initial contact between the public and the company, strives to project the quality of our product. The consultant successfully leases apartments by meeting customer needs. The consultant assists in marketing the property and generating traffic. The consultant helps provide a quality living environment for residents and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.
Leasing Consultant Requirements :
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Leasing Consultant.
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Required to live onsite
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Will be subject to a Background / Physical / Drug Screening
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
