Regional Manager for multiple sites for OC and the surrounding area
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiar with Property Management software
Yardi skills preferred
Bilingual in both English and Spanish is helpful.
Valid California driver's license
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field helpful.
Bilingual (Helpful)
Responsibilities:
Accountability for all operations of the properties (budgets, staffing, vacancies, make redies, delinquencies, etc.)
Expertise and support properties to operate efficiently and profitably.
Maintain high occupancy.
Responsible for budgets.
