We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Our loyal guests have been dining with us for many years and are the most generous with gratuities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations as needed.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety, food service, and food handling practices.
• Previous server experience is required.
• Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: From $11.35 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
