What You'll Do:

🔹 Conduct Virtual Consultations – Engage with veterans and their families via Zoom to understand their financial needs, present solutions, and explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs.
🔹 Provide Outstanding Customer Support – Assist policyholders with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
🔹 Build Lasting Relationships – Follow up with clients periodically to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.
🔹 Ensure Compliance & Accuracy – Maintain proper documentation and adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
