What You’ll Do as an Online Benefit Specialist : As an Online Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with clients , explaining their benefits options , and guiding them through the enrollment process all from your home office.
Your key responsibilities will include : Educating Clients : You will help union members and veterans understand the benefits available to them, clearly explaining their options and answering any questions they may have.
Guiding the Enrollment Process : You will walk clients through each step of the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is provided and forms are completed accurately.
Building Relationships : Through virtual meetings (primarily on Zoom), you will establish trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their decisions.
Providing Ongoing Support : After enrollment, you will continue to be a resource for clients, assisting with any follow-up questions or concerns they might have about their benefits Collaborating with the Team : You will work closely with your team, sharing insights and updates to ensure everyone is aligned and providing the best service possible.
Qualifications : No previous experience required ! We provide full training for the role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to engage in a team setting. Must be high energy and self-disciplined to meet deadlines Comfortable using virtual tools and technology (Zoom, email, etc.
