In this role, you’ll support a vast network of clients, helping them navigate their benefits and ensuring they feel valued and supported. Your work will directly contribute to our mission “to protect every child and serve all working people.” This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to choose working hours that fit your lifestyle, allowing you to balance work and family while earning an incredible living.   Key Responsibilities : Serve as the first point of contact for clients who have expressed interest in benefits, addressing inquiries via phone, and virtual meetings on Zoom. Educate clients on available benefits, coverage details, and plan options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust. Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and enhance client experiences. Stay up-to-date on AO’s products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support.   Suggested Qualifications : Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and think on your feet. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
