Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits.
- Scheduling appointments with clients to discuss their benefits in detail.
- Conducting virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom.
- Facilitating the enrollment process for clients regarding their benefits.
- Finalizing a report card for each client upon the completion of the benefits overview.
