Your key responsibilities will include:
- Educating Clients: You will help union members and veterans understand the benefits available to them, clearly explaining their options and answering any questions they may have.
- Guiding the Enrollment Process: You will walk clients through each step of the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is provided and forms are completed accurately.
- Building Relationships: Through virtual meetings (primarily on Zoom), you will establish trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their decisions.
- Providing Ongoing Support: After enrollment, you will continue to be a resource for clients, assisting with any follow-up questions or concerns they might have about their benefits.
- Collaborating with the Team: You will work closely with your team, sharing insights and updates to ensure everyone is aligned and providing the best service possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Communicators: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with clients through virtual platforms.
