Role Overview:
As a Benefits Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values success and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with benefits inquiries provided by the company to identify and assess client needs.
- Present our products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success.
- Collaborate with the team and management to refine strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge using online systems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
