Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact clients who have inquired about their benefits.
- Conduct virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom, providing clear and comprehensive explanations of their options.
- Facilitate the enrollment process for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term trust.
- Finalize a report card for each client upon completion of their benefits overview.
- Collaborate with team members and management to refine processes and improve client experiences.
- Stay informed about AO’s products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
