Key Responsibilities:

- Enrollment Assistance: Help members navigate the benefit enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of member interactions and benefit enrollments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and leadership to share updates and improve processes.
- Problem Solving: Address member inquiries and provide timely resolutions with empathy and professionalism.
