Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support & Leadership: Assist in overseeing a team of Benefit Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
- Member Engagement: Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with members to discuss and enroll in benefits.
- Benefit Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance in all benefit enrollments and processes.
- Monitor Performance: Track team metrics and performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Address escalated member concerns and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to share updates, implement new strategies, and enhance overall team performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Skills: Experience in team support or management, with a focus on motivation and performance improvement.
- Strong Communication: Clear, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure accuracy.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in benefits, insurance, or customer service is preferred.
