Role Overview: As a Customer Service Rep, you will play a critical role in connecting with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized protection plans. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive the benefits they’re entitled to, offering expert guidance every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans.
- Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with all members and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Work with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes.
- Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms.
- Organized and able to manage schedules and client records effectively.
- Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus.
- Highschool Diploma or GED - Required
- A license to sell insurance is a plus. BUT willing to train the right candidate.
