Role Overview:
As an Enrollment Rep., you will be responsible for helping families understand and enroll in the benefits they’re eligible for, ensuring they receive the protection they need. You will work closely with members and their families, delivering tailored benefit solutions through virtual consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide families through the process of selecting life and supplemental health coverage.
- Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom to explain benefits, answer questions, and complete enrollments.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, providing updates on new benefits or changes.
- Support a team by regularly communicating and sharing updates on client needs and expectations.
- Meet daily goals and follow a set schedule to ensure timely client interactions.
- Stay informed about product offerings and regulatory changes to ensure accurate advice.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with families remotely.
- Organized with strong time management skills to handle scheduled consultations and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in a consultative, client-focused role is preferred but not required.
- Comfort with virtual platforms like Zoom.
