Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to address their final expense insurance needs Provide clear and accurate information about various life insurance products available Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their insurance options Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients based on trust and respect Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Adhere to compliance guidelines and ethical practices in all client interactions Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Competence to build rapport with clients based on trust Willingness to obtain Life, health and Accident license (Life License Qualification Program) if not already certified Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with digital communication technologies Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not required Benefits Why Join AO Globe Life?
