We’re seeking representatives to build long-term relationships with clients, meeting them where they are most comfortable: in their homes, via Zoom Virtual Calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and explain different solutions. This includes clarifying policy features, coverage options, and premium costs.
- Provide Customer Service: Offer ongoing support to policyholders by answering inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing.
- Foster Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by following up periodically to review their needs, update policies, and address any changes in their circumstances.
- Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation in line with industry regulations and company policies, ensuring proper records of client interactions and transactions.
