Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Benefits and Recruiting Supervisor at Globe Life AO National. The Benefits and Recruiting Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with customers, as well as recruiting a team to work with you and your fellow agents.
