What You’ll Do

As a key player on our sales team, you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Engage & Educate Clients – Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized insurance and financial solutions.
  • Use Proven Sales Systems – Follow our carefully crafted sales scripts and processes to communicate product benefits effectively and close deals.
  • Offer Tailored Solutions – Recommend the right insurance products that align with clients’ financial goals, ensuring they feel secure and protected.
  • Build Lasting Relationships – Create trust by offering ongoing support and acting as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
  • Collaborate with Team Members – Contribute to the success of the sales team by sharing insights, celebrating wins, and learning from others.
  • Lead & Mentor – Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow, guiding new team members and playing an active role in expanding the business.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in Sales or Leadership Roles – Prior experience in life insurance sales, financial services, or any consultative sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Clear, confident, and persuasive in client interactions with a talent for building rapport quickly.
  • Self-Driven with a Growth Mindset – Highly motivated, adaptable, and open to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Insurance License Preferred – Already licensed or willing to complete the process (we’ll support you every step of the way).
