We are looking for a Benefits Rep to join our Virtual team. This person will operate as the rep on the member accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Rep is responsible for addressing client issues and enrolling them in their benefits.

- Handle customer inquiries and qualifications
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with new members as well as existing
- Obtain license to be able to service our members
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence members at all levels of an organization
- No cold calling or self prospecting
