Virtual Benefits Sales and Recruiting Supervisor

  • Persuasive Presentations: Deliver impactful virtual presentations, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep organized and accurate records of client interactions to ensure smooth follow-ups.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and finalize contracts to exceed sales goals.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trust and build long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor.
  • Professional Growth: Participate in advanced training programs to accelerate your career in sales leadership.
  • Mentor Success: Guide team members in mastering sales techniques, product knowledge, and client relationship strategies.
  • Goal Achievement: Help team members set clear, achievable objectives and provide ongoing support.
  • Lead Training Sessions: Deliver training workshops on customer service, handling objections, and closing strategies.
  • Encourage & Support: Provide feedback, encouragement, and actionable advice to build team confidence and skills.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with management to identify team needs and implement strategies for success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team progress and offer tailored guidance to help them excel.

What You Will Bring...

  • Proven experience in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, or training sales teams is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A supportive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new tools.
