Position Overview
As a Virtual Manager, you will lead a team of agents dedicated to assisting Veterans in understanding and securing their benefits. You will play a key role in training, mentoring, and ensuring the success of your team while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision : Manage and mentor a team of agents to achieve sales and service goals.
- Veteran Benefits Expertise : Educate clients on their available benefits and how our products can enhance their financial security.
- Training & Development : Conduct training sessions, provide coaching, and assist in career growth for new and existing agents.
- Client Relations : Build strong relationships with veterans and their families, ensuring they receive the best guidance.
- Performance Monitoring : Track team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Compliance & Ethics : Ensure all processes adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or Veteran benefits (preferred but not required).
