Responsibilities :
Reach out to clients who have inquired about their benefits .
Guide clients through the enrollment process for their life, accident, and health benefits.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns about their coverage.
Qualifications :
Communication Skills :
Exceptional ability to engage with clients and explain benefits clearly and effectively over Zoom.
Technical Proficiency :
Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual communication tools, especially Zoom.
Work Ethic :
Dedicated to providing superior service and following through on client needs and inquiries.
Dynamic Personality :
A positive, energetic demeanor that fosters lasting client relationships.
Time Management :
Strong organizational skills to ensure productive and efficient scheduling and follow-up.
Leadership Experience (preferred) :
