If not licensed, AIL can help you obtain both resident and non-resident licenses . Communication Skills : Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Confidence with Technology : Ability to navigate desktop systems and software. Age and Education : Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
